Separate collection pipes are set up to collect sulfur wastewater, chromium wastewater, comprehensive wastewater, domestic sewage and rainwater, and the wastewater is collected and treated separately.

The similar color series leather are arranged in the same drum for dyeing, so as to reduce drum washing waste water and avoid the mutual pollution between different color series. On the premise of ensuring the quality, energy saving and emission reduction can be achieved.
VISUAL SEWERAGE PIPE NETWORK
The sewage discharge pipe network outside the workshop follows the principle of "visualization" and adopts the double insurance laying method of "pipe + pipe gallery" to avoid soil and groundwater pollution when the drainage pipe breaks.
1/3 of the effluent is mixed with city water in proportion for retanning and dyeing process; the remaining 2/3 was recovered by the process of "sand filtration + ultrafiltration membrane + reverse osmosis membrane" (the recovery rate was 50%) and reused.
WATER RECOVERY RATE REACHES 70%
The facilities which producing fetor waste gas are fully closed, forced ventilation is carried out and collected through pipelines, and then treated by the spray purification device of "acid absorption + sodium hypochlorite oxidation + alkali absorption", and standardly discharged.
PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF FETOR POLLUTION
The chromium & sulfur containing tank is coated with anti-corrosion layer of glass fiber reinforced plastics to meet the anti-corrosion and anti-seepage requirements. The ground of hazardous waste yard and chromium-containing production area is coated with self-leveling resin mortar impermeable layer.
